Executive coaching is designed to help facilitate professional and personal development

Dear Oh-Deuk,

Executive coaching is a central element of the Future Leaders Programme for Fundraisers. During the residential course at Wolfson College, Oxford University, executive coaches will provide participants with a challenging and yet supportive partnership to help identify skills and capabilities and develop confidence and focus. With coaching specifically tailored to each participant and based on the results of the individual 360 evaluation, each participant will be supported in planning and mapping their next steps in leadership development.

The Future Leaders Programme for Fundraisers has secured some of the best executive coaches working in the field of leadership education, they include:
  • Dr Dena Michelli, Independent executive coach
  • Laura Hayes, Executive and business coach
  • Nicola Davies, Lead coach and Programme Director at the London Business School
  • Marie Pillai, Executive coach
  • Kate Ng, Coach on executive and MBA programmes at the London Business School
