Strengthen your fundraising team for sustainability!

Dear Oh-Deuk,

Give your fundraising teams the edge and invest in their leadership potential!

Drawing on its unique positioning and overview of the fundraising sector, the Resource Alliance is proud to present the Future Leaders Programme for Fundraisers. The programme has been designed to meet the career development needs of middle and senior managers seeking to become leaders within the fundraising sector, providing a platform to access training and mentoring specifically tailored to their needs.

In addition to coaching and mentoring, a core component of the programme is an intensive week-long residential course ‘Leadership Essentials for Fundraisers’ at Wolfson College, Oxford University in September 2013 taught by a combination of professors from the London Business School and Said Business School, among others.

A limited number of overseas travel grants are available to support the costs of travel to the UK to participate in the residential course. Should you require this support please include details on your application form specifying the amount requested. Requests will be dealt with on a rolling basis once your application has been reviewed and accepted.

Studying with some of the best names in the field of leadership education, there will also be daily opportunities for confronting challenges with people of note and reputation in the NGO sector. Faculty members include:
