Mal Warwick Associates has just announced that it intends to acquire Donordigital, a leading full-service online fundraising, advocacy, and advertising company.
As part of the Mal Warwick Associates family of companies, Donordigital will continue to operate independently, providing online strategy, creative, and analysis to its clients, while bringing integrated online services to Mal Warwick Associates clients.

I, personally, am thrilled that Donordigital will be re-joining our family. As you may be aware, Donordigital actually began in 1994 as a unit of Mal Warwick Associates and was only spun off as a separate company in 1999. Together, the services we can now offer are unparalleled in the industry.
Nick Allen, Donordigital's founder, strongly agrees with me. Nick will become Chief Strategy Officer of the new Donordigital. As he has pointed out in many of his popular workshops around the world, multi-channel donors have the highest lifetime value of all donor types. With comprehensive online and direct mail services under one roof, we can finally enable clients to develop real integrated fundraising, and not just pay lip service to it.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Nick Allen will continue to lead client strategy and business development for Donordigital, including the development of new media strategies for mobile marketing and Web 2.0 fundraising. Dan Doyle will become President and CEO of both companies, and Mwosi Swenson, Vice President at Mal Warwick Associates, will assume additional responsibilities as Vice President of Donordigital. Michael Stein, Mal Warwick Associates' Senior online Strategist, will work closely with the Donordigital team and its clients to create effective online programs.
Donordigital will continue independent online fundraising work with its current and new clients, and will also work on integrated programs as needed.
