My short career in English

After my  graduation from Seoul Natioal University, I started to work  for Foster Parents Plan.INC, Korea Office :
American Social Work Agency  in 1968, where I worked as a social worker,  program development director, and regional represantive of Seoul office. I organized the steering committee for the Sungnam develoement Walk as chairman, recruiting community leaderships, cosponsoring the Dong A Ilbo, one of biggest News Papers in Korea  under the supervision of MR. John G. Anderson, Director of Foster Parent Plan.Inc. Korea office. I owed him very much. the PLAN was closed from Seoul  in 1977.
I have worked for fundraisingsing activities for non-profit social welfare organizations such as Mile for Millions Walk( Walkathon) in 1973 -79 as United Way of Korea ( 1998 - going on )
I work for a Walkathon as chairman of the steering committee for
6 times, spreading the campaign throughout most cities in Korea. Therefore, I was invited to study American fundraising movements like United Way of America, supported by the Department of USA government.
I went to study at Cleveland State Uni
University and United Way of Cleveland on free based scholarship for 6 months in 1977. On the same study trips, I visited United Way of Vancouver in Canada for 15 days and 7 days at Tokyo. After those study trips, I became a  professional fundraiser in Korea and was appointed Secretary  General for the Korea Council of Social Welfare. After that, I became a Reaseach Fellow of Korean Siocial Welfaree Security Commission in Government
as high-ranking government officials.
After that, I worked at the  Prime Minister office, Ministry
of social welfare, the
inistry of employment and labor, etc.
After these  , I  worked for teaching and lecturing at P University for 6 years as well as  contienued  it for 18 years at other universities, etc untill 2018 year.   Now I am taking rest
as a senior citizen living in  Seoul . I am 83  years old, but healthy , living with my  wife at an apartment.
