상대방판단 기술

다른 사람에 대한 판단을 내리기 전에 그들의 관점에서(from others’ point of view) 사물을 봐야 한다. 말을 하기 전에 두 번 생각하고(think twice), 누구에게든 언제나 정중해라. 힘없는 사람들을 비웃지 마라.

Before judging others, you should try to see things from their point of view. Think twice before you speak, and be always polite to anyone. Don’t jeer at the helpless.
